DMCA Policy — Intellectual Property Rights
Nudelux (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Nudelux website (the “Site”) that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Notice of Alleged Infringement (DMCA Notice)
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:

2. Counter-Notification Process
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. To be effective, the Counter-Notice must be a written communication that includes:

Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or West Virginia, USA, if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Nudelux has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Nudelux’s sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
4. Disclaimer on Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) incurred by the alleged infringer or by Nudelux.
5. Modifications
Nudelux reserves the right to modify, alter, or update the content of this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
