Refund and Returns Policy
At Nudelux, we take pride in our bespoke, made-to-order process. Every garment and gift is printed specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because we don’t hold pre-printed stock, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and smooth experience for our community.
1. Return & Exchange Guidelines
We strive for perfection, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on standard catalog items.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that Personalized Designs (items created based on your specific custom requests via email) are unique to you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Zero Return Fees: We believe in our products. If a return or exchange is approved, it is completely free. You will not be charged any processing or restocking fees.

Timeframe: You must submit your request within 7 business days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking data).
Special Holiday Extension: To give you extra peace of mind during the busy seasons, the return window is extended to 10 business days for orders placed during these periods:

Halloween Season: October 26, 2026 – October 31, 2026.

Winter Holidays: December 19, 2026 – December 26, 2026.
Product Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state. High-quality photos of the issue are required for our team to evaluate your claim.
2. Rapid Order Modifications
Our production line moves fast to get your items to you. If you need to make an edit, please act quickly:

Design or Size Changes: Must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase.

Address or Contact Updates: Must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours: Most orders have already entered the printing stage and can no longer be modified.
3. Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

Include your Order ID and attach clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Our support specialists will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Resolution & Refunds
Once your claim is verified and approved, we offer the following solutions:

Free Replacement: We will rush a new, corrected item to you at no extra cost.

Store Credit: A full digital credit to your Nudelux account for future use.

Full Refund: Processed back to your original PayPal account within 1–3 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel the order as the materials have already been dedicated to your custom piece.
6. Return Logistics
Important: Do not ship items back to us without receiving an official Return Authorization from our support team first. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or processed.
