To ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently, Nudelux partners with world-class shipping carriers, including:

  • Other trusted regional couriers based on your specific destination.

2. The Production Gap

Every item at Nudelux is made-to-order. This means your order undergoes a crafting process before it is handed over to the carrier.

  • Standard Production: 2–3 business days.

  • Peak Season Production: 4–7 business days.

  • Note: The shipping estimates provided below represent transit time only and do not include the production phase.

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are proud to deliver our unique designs to customers across the globe. Shipping costs are calculated in USD and displayed clearly at checkout.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your custom piece leaves our facility, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate as the carrier scans your package into their system.

  • If you haven’t received a tracking update within 4 business days after your production window ends, please reach out to [email protected].

5. Customs, Duties & International Fees

For orders shipped outside of the United States:

  • Your package may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local customs fees.

  • These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Nudelux does not collect these fees at checkout, nor can we predict their specific costs.

6. Delivery Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address during checkout. Nudelux is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

7. Handling Delays & Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, Nudelux is not responsible for transit delays caused by carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or severe weather.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your Order ID and photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
