We do not hold physical inventory; every item—including our signature t-shirts, hoodies, and personalized accessories—is manufactured specifically for you after your order is confirmed.

2. Eligibility & Agreement

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

3. Production Workflow

Because our products are bespoke:

  • Creation Phase: Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

  • Processing: Orders enter our automated production system within 1–3 business days of payment.

  • Finality: Once an item has entered the printing stage, it cannot be modified or halted.

4. Financial Transactions

  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in USD.

  • Payment Gateways: We process payments through PayPal and major credit cards. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.

  • Taxation: Sales tax is applied at checkout based on your local jurisdiction’s requirements.

  • Confirmation: A digital receipt with a unique Order ID will be sent to your registered email immediately upon successful payment.

5. Logistics & Global Shipping

  • Delivery: We ship nationwide and to select international destinations via USPS, UPS, and Asendia.

  • Timeline: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are transit times only and do not include the production phase.

  • Liability: Nudelux is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs clearance, or extreme weather events.

6. Visual & Sizing Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Sizing may vary slightly between garments. Please consult our Size Guides before finalizing your order.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

To maintain our fast production speeds, we offer a very limited window for changes:

  • Design/Size Tweeks: Must be requested within 4 hours of ordering.

  • Shipping Address Updates: Must be requested within 12 hours.

  • Full Cancellation: Only available if requested within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact [email protected] immediately for these requests.

8. Returns & Quality Guarantee

Since our items are custom-made for you, we do not accept general returns or “change of mind” exchanges.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

  • Reporting: Claims must be submitted to our support email within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the defect.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
